Our games, their names, logos, code, art, music and text, and the content of this website, are owned by Gridhouse LLC or used with permission. Synapse Studios, Wrench Crew and ChipSpin are names of Gridhouse LLC.
1. Videos, streams and fan art: yes, please
You are welcome to stream our games, post gameplay videos and screenshots, make fan art, and earn money from your videos and streams, as long as you:
- do not suggest that your content is official or made or endorsed by us;
- do not sell our art, logos or characters as merchandise or reupload our games, code or assets;
- follow our Game Rules and the rules of the platform you post on.
Logos and artwork for articles and videos are on our press page. We may ask you to take something down if it breaks these rules, and you should do so if we ask.
2. Reporting infringement of your work
If you believe something in one of our games or on this site copies your work without permission, email hello@synapsestudios.xyz with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a description of your work, and where the copy appears in our game or site (a screenshot helps);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the work or are allowed to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
You can also post a notice to Gridhouse LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. We review every notice and remove material that infringes. For content uploaded to Roblox, you can also report it to Roblox directly.
3. If we removed your content
If something you made for us or with us was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us with what was removed and why you believe you have the right to use it, and we will look again.
4. Repeat infringers
We remove team members, contributors and players who repeatedly infringe other people's rights.
