If you find a security problem in one of our games or websites, we want to hear about it, and we will thank you for it.
1. How to report
Email hello@synapsestudios.xyz with the subject line "Security". Tell us what you found, where, and the steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or a short video help. Please do not post the problem publicly, in Discord or in game until we have fixed it.
2. What is in scope
- synapsestudios.xyz and its forms;
- ChipSpin at chipspin.synapsestudios.xyz, for example ways to take over another account or change a balance without playing;
- our Roblox games, for example exploits that let a player give themselves money or items, or affect other players.
Problems in Roblox itself should go to Roblox's own security program, not to us.
3. Please play fair while testing
- Test only with your own accounts, and never access, change or delete other players' data or progress.
- Do not run denial of service attacks, spam our forms, or try to trick our team.
- If you get access to anything you should not have, stop, and tell us straight away.
4. What we promise
We will reply within a few days, keep you updated while we fix it, and credit you if you would like. We will not take legal action against anyone who reports a problem in good faith and follows this page. We are a small studio, so we do not pay cash bounties, but we may offer in-game thanks.
